Sustainable Fabric Acoustic Panels

Fabrix™ is a pioneering fabric system recognized for its acoustic performance and environmental sustainability. It utilizes proprietary polymer tracks, constructed from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC), which is known for its durability and low environmental impact.

The materials used in Fabrix™ are not only sourced sustainably but are also fully recyclable and devoid of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), aligning with the highest standards of eco-friendly production.

Why Eco-Friendly Fabric Acoustic Panels Matter

Eco-friendly acoustic panels improve indoor air quality while reducing environmental impact. Fabrix™ uses sustainable, low-VOC, and recyclable materials to enhance sound control without harmful emissions. Supporting green building standards, these panels offer noise reduction and responsible design for modern, sustainable spaces.

Recycled Materials

Fabrix™ tracks are crafted from recycled plastics, which helps decrease landfill waste and reduces the reliance on virgin materials. By converting recycled plastics into high-quality UPVC, Fabrix™ repurposes waste into functional elements of acoustic panels.

Sustainable Fiberglass

Fiberglass insulation is crafted by melting recycled glass and spinning it into fine strands, which are then compressed into rigid slabs. Using recycled glass conserves natural resources and reduces energy consumption during production, upholding eco-friendliness.

Upcycled Fabrix™ Tracks

At the end of their useful life, Fabrix™ tracks can be upcycled into new materials. This upcycling process involves breaking down the old tracks and reformulating them into new UPVC products, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.

Certifications and Standards

Backed by recognised certifications, our materials meet global standards for performance, safety, and sustainable design.

Performance Testing

We test our materials in accordance with standards developed by ASTM International to validate performance. Methods such as ASTM C423 allow us to provide dependable acoustic data, ensuring accurate specification and consistent comparison across different materials and applications.

Fabrix™ fabric systems and acoustic panels exemplify the integration of sustainability with acoustic performance. By incorporating recycled materials and upcycling used products, Fabrix™ significantly reduces its environmental impact. The absence of VOCs and the use of sustainable raw materials ensure that the fabric systems are safe for both users and the environment. These practices align with global efforts to reduce emissions and waste, making Fabrix™ a leader in eco-friendly architectural acoustics solutions.
